The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Raghopur P.S. Case No. 01/2015 under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Chawkidar lodged the case against unknown after the death of Simpi Jaiswal, wife of Rajesh Chaudhary. It is stated that Rajesh Chaudhary was living with his wife and children in the premises of the Oil Mill but Rajesh Chaudhary fled away with his children. During the course of investigation, for the first time name of the petitioner figured in the supervision note of the Dy.S.P. and one witness stated that the petitioner used to visit the Oil Mill of Rajesh Chaudhary. From perusal of the case diary, it appears that Rajesh Chaudhary was living with his wife and children but the police did not take the statement of Rajesh

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Raghopur P.S.
