Mr. Vinay Kirti Singh learned Senior counsel for the respondents appears and submits that the line of the petitioner was disconnected on account of unauthorized use of electricity giving rise to a police case arising from Bye-Pass P.S. Case No. 126 of 2014. With reference to the order of the Sessions Judge present at page 21 he submits that the court below in consideration of the prayer of the petitioner to deposit the outstanding bill in six equal instalments gave liberty to deposit the same in two instalments and although the petitioner has already deposited one instalment but she failed to deposit the second one.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3722 of 2015 dt.19-11-2016 2/2 I have heard learned counsel for the respondents and perused the order of the Sessions Judge, Patna present at page 21. Considering the relief prayed in the backdrop of the accusations present, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the petitioner to deposit the balance instalment of the outstanding dues. It goes without saying that no sooner, the instalment would be deposited, that the line of the petitioner would be restored by the authority competent to do so within 48 hours thereafter.
