The petitioner has filed the instant application for anticipatory bail apprehending her arrest in connection with Goreyakothi P.S. case no. 15 of 2019 registered for the offence under section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal code. As per the allegation made in the FIR, 15 named persons including the petitioner, variously armed, assaulted the informant and others.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is an old widow lady. There is land dispute between the parties and the injury, which has been attributed to have been caused by the petitioner, has been found to be simple in nature. The bail application has been opposed by the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35085 of 2019(2) dt.30-05-2019 2/2 APP for the State holding that there is allegation against the petitioner in the FIR.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration that the injury attributed to the petitioner has been found to be simple in nature and the petitioner is an old lady, having no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from today and in the event of her arrest or surrender, she shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Goreyakothi P.S. Case No. 15 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
