Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 43 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband and is seeking bail in Mahila PS Case No. 43 of 2022, registered under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act.

The learned APP submits that the instant FIR has

In view of the submission made by the learned APP, the anticipatory bail application is disposed of in terms of the direction contained in order dated 13-2-2024 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 3536 of 2024 (Naushad Ansari vs. the state of Bihar).

The petitioner would be at liberty to represent before the concerned Superintendent of Police and the Investigating Officer of the case, bringing to their notice the order dated 13-2-2024 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 3536 of 2024 (Naushad Ansari vs. the state of Bihar). 7.
