JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sheikhpura Sarai P. S. Case No. 03 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 of IPC and Section 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of exploding the bomb, causing injury to the informant and also fired from his pistol.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and has been lodged in order to get the petitioner leave the village and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has submitted that the witnesses have also supported the prosecution case and elements

Having heard both sides, in view of the allegations, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail.
