Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 581/2011 in which cognizance has been taken under sections 323, 406 and 504 of the IPC.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he executed an agreement for sale in favour of the complainant but later on, refused to execute absolute sale deed and when the complainant made request, he was not only assaulted by petitioner and other accused but also his money was snatched.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34485 of 2014 (2) dt.18-02-2015 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Complaint Case No. 581/2011 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
