2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to approach before the Appellate Authority to dispose of his application at the earliest.

4. If any such petition/application is made before the Appellate Authority, the Appellate Authority shall consider the
Patna High Court MJC No.1164 of 2018(5) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 same and pass an appropriate order at the earliest keeping in mind that the matter has been pending for a long time. It has further been pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the appeal before the Appellate Authority and during the pendency of the present contempt application, the petitioner has died. If so advised, appropriate substitution petition may be filed before the Appellate Authority.
