The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Natwar P.S. Case No. 23 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 224, 225, 332, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the informant went to arrest Sanja Singh who is an accused in a case registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, but the villagers caught and freed Sanjay Singh from the custody of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner is a villager of Sanja Singh.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14264 of 2015 (2) dt.11-05-2015 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No. 23 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
