This appeal has been filed for setting aside order dated 01.03.2025 passed in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103 (1) of BNS and sections 3(i)(r) (s)/3(2)(v)(a) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3 . As per F.I.R. on 13.01.2025 , this appellant dashed the motorcycle of informant with his car due to which one of the persons namely, Dinesh Paswan who was on motorcycle , died on the spot. Informant is eye witness, who himself got injured in the alleged occurrence .

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, nature of accusation and other circumstances of the case , I do not find

However, since appellant is in custody since 18.01.2025 , learned Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial, within the period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
