The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 13 of 2020 dated 03.03.2020 instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made pistol without cartridge is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

He is in custody since 04.03.2020 and is a person of clean antecedent.

Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
