Having regard to the fact that the petitioner initially was appointed as Armour Guard and now promoted on the post of clerk has a grievance as with regard to non payment of his increment and fixation of salary and Mr. Ajay Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the Central bank of India submits that the grievance of the petitioner would be looked into and an
Patna High Court CWJC No.4235 of 2015 (2) dt.23-03-2015 appropriate order would be passed as may be permissible in law, after getting the order/instruction from the higher authorities within a period of three months.
That being so, this application is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take final decision on the pending representation of the petitioner for grant of increment and fixation of pay within the aforementioned period of three months. Let it be made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner but has simply remitted the matter back directing the authorities to consider the grievance of the petitioner and dispose of his representation.
