The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Basantpur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2009, registered for the offences punishable under Section 365 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the accused persons kidnapped his father.

It is submitted that the father of the informant came. The case is lodged on account of land dispute. The police after investigation submitted final form finding the case false against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6748 of 2015 (2) dt.19-02-2015 2/2 of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2009, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
