Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would prefer the statutory appeal against the order of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13120 of 2019(2) dt.02-07-2019 2/2 Collector dated 14.12.2016 passed in Reference Case No. 5/2016-17 in terms of Section 47-A(4) of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 within a period of 30 days from today and shall pray for appropriate relief before the appellate authority. In the aforesaid view of the matter, as prayed, the writ application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to seek statutory remedy of appeal in terms of Section 47-A(4) of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899. He would also be at liberty to file appropriate application for interim relief. If the statutory appeal is preferred within 30 days from today, the further proceeding in Certificate Case No. 12/17-18 shall remain stayed till disposal of the application for interim relief filed in the said statutory appeal. This writ application is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
