Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 354(B), 506/34 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, both these petitioners attempted to out rage the modesty of the informant. Petitioner No. 1 is brotherin-law and petitioner No. 2 is father-in-law of the informant. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that in order to put pressure for petitioners of ancestral properties, this false and concocted case has been lodged against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38088 of 2022(2) dt.22-11-2022 2/2 these petitioners. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Considering the backdrop of the case, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghatti (Gaya) in Barachatti P. S. Case No. 447 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
