Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the order dated 18.05.2017 the petitioners have taken action by filing Objection under Section 9 of the P.D.R. Act before the Certificate Officer.

In such view of the matter, no further order is need to be passed in this case. Let the Certificate Officer decide the objection filed by the petitioners. Till disposal of the objection, the Certificate Officer will not issue any Body Warrant or

Patna High Court CWJC No.5716 of 2017 (3) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 Warrant against the petitioners, but after disposal of the same, the Certificate Officer will be at liberty to take action in accordance with law.
