ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 27-07-2015 The writ petition is filed by way of Public Interest Litigation complaining that the Akshyavat Rai Stadium at Hajipur is being utilized for parking of vehicles. It is stated that on account of parking of the vehicles, the ground in the stadium is getting spoiled, particularly in rainy season, and it is becoming unfit for any sports or other activities.

The reason mentioned in the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Hajipur, for directing parking in the stadium is that there is congestion of vehicles in the Collectorate office. If this is so, they have to look for some other place earmarked for parking place, but not inside the stadium. We, therefore, direct that the stadium ground shall
