JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 15-03-2021 Heard Mr. Satya Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Krishna Kumar Yadav learned counsel for the informant as well as Mr. Madan Kumar, learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 473 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation made against the petitioner to have caused several injuries by knife to the son of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case from both sides. In fact, injury has been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34424 of 2020(3) dt.15-03-2021 2/2 received by the victim but the fact is that he fell down from the stair and on that account he sustained injury, but the photograph attached with this application shows that the victim received several cut injuries.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly her prayer for bail is rejected.
