The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018 for the offenses under Section 30(a) (b) (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The driver of the truck has disclosed the name of the petitioner in the instant case as he was instrumental in loading the liquor at Uttar Pradesh. The petitioner is neither owner of the vehicle nor the owner of the liquor. The petitioner is in custody since 3.5.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged
