2. Learned counsel for the petitioner outrightly submits that in compliance of order dated 11.01.2024 passed in CWJC No.9712 of 2016, the Authority has considered the application of the petitioner and passed the necessary order and he has complied the order passed by this Court.

3. The petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the order dated 16.07.2024 passed by opposite party No.3 before the

Patna High Court MJC No.1876 of 2024(3) dt.29-11-2024 2/2 appropriate Forum.

4. Accordingly, this MJC application stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
