The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 328 and 134 of the Indian Penal Code.
Father of the deceased made allegation that his daughter was done to death by her husband and other in-laws. It is submitted that the marriage of the deceased was solemnized ten years back with Manoj Yadav. The petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased. The petitioner has no concern with the family affairs of Manoj Yadav and the deceased and except suspicion there is no allegation against the petitioner. Considering the facts that the petitioner is brother-inlaw and no specific allegation is made against the petitioner, the

No.15306 of 2016 (3) dt.29-04-2016 2/2 petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabd in Uphara P.S. Case No. 03 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
