The petitioner is the wife of the opposite party, namely, Sashi Bhushan Rai @ Niraj, son of Uday Naryan Rai who has filed this application for transfer of Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 246 of 2014 from the Principal Judge, Family Court, Buxar to any competent Court at Bhojpur at Ara. The petitioner is a young lady dependent upon her old and ailing parents. It is causing much inconvenience to her to travel to Bhojpur at Ara from Buxar to contest the matrimonial case along with her girl child.

Considering the facts of the case, the Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No.246 of 2014 is directed to be transferred from the Principal Judge, Family Court, Buxar to Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur at Ara.

After transfer of the case in the Court of Principal

Patna High Court MJC No.1470 of 2018(5) dt.11-11-2022 2/2 Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur at Ara, the Principal Judge, Bhojpur at Ara, will issue notice to both the parties and, thereafter, the proceeding will continue in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur at Ara.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is allowed.
