2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the entire grievances have been redressed save and except the interest portion for which the petitioner seeks a liberty to file

Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of with a direction that an appropriate representation for interest portion shall be filed, if not already paid and on filing of such representation, the same shall be considered by the authorities within a period of eight weeks and necessary order shall be passed and benefits, if found admissible shall be paid within the same time.
