2. The instance application for regular bail has been filed by the appellant in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2020 instituted for the offence u/s 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and sections 3(2v) of the SC/ST Act.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the appellant was rejected by order dated 5.1.2021 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 1876 of 2020.

4. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report with regard to the present stage of trial has been received by which it appears that the trial is likely to be concluded within a

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.3431 of 2021(4) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 period of six months.

5. No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the appellant. Accordingly, prayer for grant of regular bail is rejected.

6. This appeal stands disposed off.

7. However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within period of six months, failing which, the appellant may renew his prayer of bail.
