The petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.4.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,354,504 and 363 of the I.P.C. and Sections 4 and 8 of the POCSO Act.

The accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has denied the accusation of kidnapping as she left the house as she was scolded by her mother.

Learned APP submits that there is specific accusation against the petitioner in the FIR.

Considering the accusation of kidnapping being

Case No.258 of 2019.
