Having regard to the solitary claim of the petitioner confined to payment of G.P.F. with statutory interest and the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents that such amount has already been calculated and payment is likely to be made to the petitioner within a period of two weeks, this Court would dispose of this writ application with a direction to all concern including respondent no.1 to ensure that whatever amount of provident fund is found payable must be paid to the petitioner with its statutory interest till the date of payment within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. It is, however, made clear that if such payment is not made

Patna High Court CWJC No.5414 of 2015 (3) dt.23-06-2015 by the General Manager cum Chief Engineer within the aforementioned period of three weeks, his payment of salary shall remain withheld till such payment of G.P.F. alongwith up-to-date statutory interest is made by him to the petitioner. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
