The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,406,420 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant is mother in law of petitioner no. 1. Basic accusation is of torture. It is alleged that through two cheques six lacs rupees were transferred in the account of petitioner no. 2 Md. Soyeeb, who is brother of petitioner no. 1, for getting the marriage of the informant's daughter performed with petitioner no. 1. When the informant demanded back the money then the accused refused to return the amount.

No.16554 of 2016 (2) dt.18-04-2016 2/3 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that earlier the daughter of the informant namely Sajiya Ekra filed Araria Mahila P.S. Case No. 6 of 2016 on 10.2.2016 with similar accusation in which petitioner nos. 2 to 4 have been granted bail by the learned court below whereas notice has been issued to the informant in the bail application of petitioner no. 1 and interim order has been passed. Thereafter, the present case has been registered on 7.3.2016.
Learned counsel for the informant submits that this is not in dispute that the money was transferred in the account of petitioner no. 2 and this has not been denied. Considering the fact that petitioner nos. 2 to 4 have been granted bail in the earlier case filed with almost similar accusation and in the matter of petitioner no. 1 notices have been issued to the informant of the said case who is daughter of the present informant, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
