The present petition has been preferred for the: issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents concern to enquire into the representation of the petitioner and remove the names Member/residence of of village Alhanda from the membership list of Primary Agriculture Co-operative Credit Society Chandhar and include their names in the list of Madhaipur PACS as the village Arhanda does not fall within the territorial jurisdiction of Chandhar PACS after delimitation of Panchayat rather it falls
Patna High Court CWJC No.9307 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 2/2 in Madhaipur PACS.
3. In view of the limited prayer for which the petitioner has moved this Court, the writ petition stands disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner prefers a fresh petition before the respondent no. 2, the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Bihar, Patna in next four weeks, he shall take up the matter and after noticing the parties and hearing the same, dispose it of in next four months from the date, the petition is preferred before it.
