Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2021 registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR, the accused persons, including the petitioners assaulted the members of informant's side. As per allegation, petitioner no. 2 assaulted the brother of informant on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47861 of 2021(2) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 his head and petitioner no. 1 assaulted him with lathi and fractured his hand, but injuries are simple in nature. There is case and counter case, but both the parties have amicably resolved their dispute and compromised the case. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra District-Saran in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
