JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(I).For quashing of the order dated 15.05.2023 passed by Respondent District Engineer, District Board, Nalanda (Respondent no. 4) by which the allotment of Shop No. 5 and 6 of the petitioner no. 1 and Shop No. 4 of the petitioner no. 2 have been cancelled and further directed the petitioners to vacate their shop(s) by 18.05.2023 otherwise the action will be

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances.
Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
