The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380, 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the miscreants trying to commit theft of the solar plate. When the informant made protest then the accused persons after leaving motorcycle escaped from the scene. The motorcycle was found registered in the name of one Uma Ranjan Singh. Subsequently, it was alleged that the said motorcycle was sold to Mohan Rai and Mohan Rai sold to the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is nothing on the record that the motorcycle was ever registered in the name of the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8726 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 31 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
