2. This Civil Review Application has been filed to review the order dated 21.07.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No.7779 of 2012.
3. It appears that vide order dated 21.07.2014, C.W.J.C. No.7779 of 2012 was dismissed finding no illegality amounting to abuse of process of court in the impugned order dated 12.03.2012 passed in Miscellaneous Case No.01 of 2010 by the court of Munsif-I, Patna, rejecting the application filed on behalf of the opposite party/petitioner under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure to
Patna High Court C. REV. No.253 of 2014 dt.11-02-2015 2/2 amend the order dated 22.11.2011, admitting the Miscellaneous Case considering the fact that the delay has been explained by the appellants/respondent nos.1 to 3 with direction to adduce the evidence fixing the date on 12.12.2011.
4. I find no reason to review the order dated 21.07.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No.7779 of 2012. Accordingly, this Civil Review Application stands dismissed.
