JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 29-08-2017 Inter alia contending that there is an encroachment in the area in question, as is detailed in the body of the writ petition bearing Khesara No.964, Mauza- Rampur Bakhari, Pargana- Dumra, Thana No.287 under the district of Sitamarhi and when representation submitted to the Circle Officer, Dumra, no action has been taken, the writ petition has been filed seeking removal of the encroachment.

Keeping in view the grievance of the petitioner, for the present, without entering into the controversy, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12467 of 2017 (2) dt.29-08-2017 2/2 petitioner is directed to file a detailed complaint indicating encroachment along with document and a copy of this order before the Circle Officer of the area in question, and the authority shall proceed to take action for removal of encroachment under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act within a period of six months.
