In this case, petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 15 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 448, 354, 354(B), 323, 325, 397, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that the accused persons including the petitioners entered into the house of the informant and tried to outrage modesty of his wife. When the informant raised objection, the accused persons assaulted him. Learned counsel for petitioners has submitted that there is land dispute between the parties, on that account, a case was lodged by petitioners' side in Gram Kachahary which relates to obstruction of road and also stated that absurd story has been made, but paragraph 3 of this application shows that petitioners have criminal

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners and accordingly their prayer for bail is rejected.
