2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 662 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the IPC.
3. As per allegation, the informant had purchased one katha of land in 2015. The petitioner unlawfully took possession of the said land by making a boundary. When questioned, he admitted the act and partly paid Rs. 6,00,000/-, later issuing a cheque of Rs. 6,50,000/- which was dishonored. Despite repeated demands, he neither returned the land nor paid the remaining amount and has now refused to comply.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that out of Rs. 6,50,000/-, the petitioner shall pay Rs. 1,00,000/- at
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36177 of 2025(4) dt.02-12-2025 2/2 the time of furnishing the bail bond and the remaining amount of Rs. 5,50,000/- shall be paid within a period of six months from today.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 662 of 2022, subject to the condition that the bail bond of the petitioner shall be confirmed only after payment of the entire money within the stipulated period of six months.
6. With these observations, the application is disposed of.
