JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 28-06-2019 This case has come up under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of the Petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that inadvertently, the name of father of petitioner has wrongly been mentioned in the bail petition as "Sanjay Kumar" whereas it should have been "Sujaya Kumar @ Sujay Kumar" and due to that, same mistake occurred in cause title of the order dated 21.6.2019 granting bail to the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in father's name of the petitioner in bail petition during course of the day.

Let father's name of petitioner in cause title of the order dated 21.6.2019 be read as "Sujaya Kumar @ Sujay

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37668 of 2019(3) dt.28-06-2019 2/2 Kumar" in place of "Sanjay Kumar"
