2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 02.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16362 of 2025 in connection with Nauta P.S. Case No. 334 of 2024 passed by this Court whereby the petitioners were directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today subject to condition that the petitioners shall deposit an amount of Rs. 30,000/- collectively in Ramkrishna Mission Ashram, Chhapra and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below and thereafter, the bail bonds of the petitioners shall be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45908 of 2025(2) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioners.

3. For the reasons mentioned in the modification application, this application is allowed. The time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Court below is hereby extended by four weeks from today.
