2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 86 of 2024 registered under Sections25(1-B)(a), 26, 35, 25(9) of the Arms Act.

3. Allegedly, one loaded rifle and two cartridges were recovered from house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He is not involved in any other case

5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail by submitting that from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35582 of 2025(4) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 the narration of the FIR itself, it is apparent that one loaded rifle and two cartridges have been recovered from house of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner is not entitled for privilege of anticipatory bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.
