Case No. 652 of 2019, dated 05.07.2019, instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. After some arguments, Mr. Rajeev Kumar, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and seek bail.
