This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Excise Case No. 117 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and also the materials against him, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
