It appears that on same set of facts, the anticipatory bail of the petitioner has already been rejected by me on 12.10.2015 in Cr. Misc. No.42066 of 2015. This is a second attempt. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there has been compromise between the parties. The parties have compromised the disputes.

If it is the fact, then the petitioner's case may be considered if the petitioner will surrender and pray for regular bail but certainly it is not a case for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is rejected.
