2. Necessary permissions be done in prayer portion regarding correcting the satisfaction of the learned trial court during the course of the day itself, including para no. 3 of the bail petition.
3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 148 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302 and 506 of the I.P.C.
4. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 18.04.2025.
5. As per FIR, informant raised suspicions qua petitioner and other named co-accused persons involved in committing murder of his brother in the background of land dispute.

Mr. Ramakant Sharma, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that from the facial perusal of FIR itself, it can be gathered safely that save and except suspicions in the background of land disputes nothing incriminating surfaced during investigation as to connect petitioner prima-facie with present crime in question. It is submitted that investigation of this case is already completed and moreover it is pointed out by Mr. Sharma that it was inadvertently mentioned in para 3 of the bail petition that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
7. Learned APP duly assisted by Mr. Ratneshwar Prasad learned counsel for the informant while opposing the prayer of bail submitted that petitioner is not a man of clean antecedent rather he found involved in one Sugauli Rail P.S. Case No. 54 of 2019.
8. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the informant, it is pointed out by Mr. Sharma that permitted to correct para no. 3 of bail petition inserting the criminal case.
9. In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as save and except suspicion arising out of land dispute nothing incriminating appears against petitioner,

No.37052 of 2025(2) dt.22-08-2025 3/3 coupled with fact that investigation already completed where petitioner remains in custody since 18.04.2025, accordingly petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 148 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Addl. Sessions Judge 20, Muzzafarpur / concerned court, subject to the conditions as mentioned under Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C/ Section 480(3) of BNSS., subject to further condition:- "(i) That petitioner shall not involve/ indulge in the similar nature of offence till the conclusion of trial, failing which the State shall be at liberty to move before the Trial Court itself for the cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
(ii) That petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall be physically present on each and every date before the Trial Court till conclusion of the trial and exemption from physical appearance be allowed by the Trial Court, only on medical ground of the petitioner, duly supported by the documents.
