The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Paroo P.S.Case No.122 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner and other accused persons have assaulted the informant and maternal uncle Dilip Sah and grand-maternal mother Ram Jyoti Devi with bricks and iron rod due to which Ram Jyoti Devi succumbed to her injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific allegation of assault is made against her. On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant while opposing the prayer for bail submits that petitioner also assaulted along with other accused persons.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34765 of 2014 (2) dt.23-02-2015 Having considered the facts that there is allegation against petitioner that she along with other accused persons have assaulted the informant, his maternal uncle Dilip Sah and old lady Ram Jyoti Devi who succumbed to her injury, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
