Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 10.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54970/2018 and allegation is that he was arrested along with stolen motorcycle and he is accused in six other cases also.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 5.4.2018 and the accused having similar allegation has been granted privilege of bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 11.4.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.23597 of 2019.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36895 of 2019(3) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Teghara P.S.Case No.111 of 2018 with condition to verify the address of the petitioner as well as address of the bailors and he will co-operate in disposal of the trial and will also appear as and when required by the learned court below; otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled. With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
