Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a

2/4 period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 207 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 120B, 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, one Bulbul Yadav and Ranveer Yadav threatened the son of the informant (deceased) and on the same day at about 12.00 noon, the petitioner Ranjan Kumar along with Sanjiv Sada and Rupesh Kumar called the deceased from his house and on the next day body of the deceased was found.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the date of occurrence there is no telephonic conversation between the deceased and the petitioner and the case of the petitioner is similar to the other co-accused Ranveer Yadav who has already been granted bail.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2023.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 207 of 2022. Re:- Cr. Misc. No. 42580 of 2023.
