Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the OP No. 2.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379, 341, 498A, 494, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the case was taken up on 8-9-2025, when a submission was made by the petitioner, who was present in the court, that he will keep the OP No. 2 with

No.38623 of 2025(5) dt.09-09-2025 2/3 honour and dignity and the OP No. 2, who was also present in the court, had also showed her willingness to accompany the petitioner along with the child to her matrimonial home but on the condition that petitioner should come and fetch her and the child back to their matrimonial home.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner called him on his mobile and informed that he had gone to the house of the OP No. 2 and OP No. 2 along with the child have come back to their matrimonial home.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the OP No. 2 submits that though OP No. 2 has not given any instruction to him, but then he tried many a times calling the OP No. 2 but she did not pick the call.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint
