The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 100 of 2014, registered under Sections 273 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code as well as 47 of the Excise Act with regard to recovery of 50 pouches of country made liquor each containing 400 M.L.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below and prays for regular bail. If the petitioner may surrender and prays for regular then trial court shall take into consideration for release of the petitioner without being prejudice by the order. With the above observation, the bail petition is disposed of.
