The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 482 of 2015 registered under Sections 372, 366, 367, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. He is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the Complaint case is filed after lapse of two weeks of the alleged occurrence. He also submits that both the parties have compromised the case (Annexure-2).

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36386 of 2019(3) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-I, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 482 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
