The petitioners, namely, Shree Chouhan, Shankar Chouhan and Pradeep Chouhan, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the father of the informant Vishwanath Prajapati but the police, after investigation, submitted chargesheet under bailable sections. The court below took cognizance under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The injuries are simple in nature. It is submitted that there is a case and counter-case and the injured got simple injuries. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the

No.16427 of 2016 (2) dt.10-05-2016 2/2 learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Mali P.S.
