The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 416 of 2020 dated 14.05.2020 instituted for the offence under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

It appears from the FIR that 500 gms. of Ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 14.05.2020.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation, quantum of recovery and the period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
