2. The learned APP submits that the report of the FSL has come in sealed cover. The sealed cover was opened in open Court and was also shown to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, informant and the learned APP and even the Court perused the same.

3. From the FSL report it manifest that petitioner is father of the child. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner after arguing vehemently for sometime realizing his difficulty seeks permission to withdraw the bail application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
